Lugn + Co is a space designed for relaxation and connection, focusing on the hot/cold/rest thermal cycle while also providing a space for you to enjoy with your people. Private bookings for 4-8 people to retreat in our sauna, cold plunge and rest zones will be offered throughout the summer/ fall season, as well as a few events open for drops in throughout the week. This space is optimal for disconnecting from the busyness of everyday life and entering into a space focused on being present.

There is nothing we love more than creating spaces for our friends and family to gather and connect- especially when it involves a shared experience! The dream for this venture evolved from this passion and we are so thrilled to share it with you.

A place to reconnect
Lugn + Co. is located at Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park, about 1 Hour North West of Regina, Saskatchewan on Last Mountain Lake.
Our space has been designed to create an elevated outdoor experience for you and your guests to enjoy together! The thermal cycle provides many benefits for your physical and mental health. And we think being out in nature is pretty neat too.
LUGN + CO. THERMAL CYCLE EXPERIENCE
Thermal Cycle: alternating between heat, cold and rest phases to benefit both your physical and mental well being.
Included in this experience is: a sauna, cold plunge, rest zones and fire pit area for your private use during your booking.
The Rowan’s Ravine Park washroom/shower facilities are a short walk away! We encourage guests to bring the tools needed to prepare food and stay hydrated throughout their stay.
Please note that this is a substance free zone– use of alcohol and drugs are prohibited during your booking for your health and safety.

Lugn + Company Wellness is an experience designed to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life, to find a little rest and peace in yourself while creating space to connect with others. This space will offer private rental options for up to 8 people, as well as community events throughout the summer months to expand our connections.
Who is this experience for?
All people wanting to find a little relaxation and a lot of connection. Our heart is to bring people together and we hope that this space can serve as a way for you to do that! Whether it is for a work retreat, friends getting together, campers wanting a little r&r, parents getting a much deserved “you-day”, and those who don’t need a reason-- we want to provide an opportunity to enjoy community and time together for a day, make good memories, and leave feeling a little more rejuvenated in your soul.
Can we bring food and alcohol to the space?
We have a strict no alcohol consumption policy while using the sauna and cold plunge. While we can understand that having a drink can be a fun social experience, this policy is in place to ensure your health and safety. Our hope is that your focus for the day is on hydration and nourishing your body! Please bring food to enjoy in our rest areas to ensure you are replenishing your energy throughout the day.
How do you pronounce "LUGN"?
It is pronounced : “Loon”, like the bird. We wanted something that encapsulated the heart behind this vision- to find peace, rest, tranquility. We know that life has a way of passing us by and this space is intended to allow you to be present, mindful and connected to yourself.
What is the thermal cycle and what are the health benefits?
It involves alternating between hot, cold, and rest phases to promote relaxation and well-being. It is advised to do 3 cycles of- 20 minute sauna, 1-5 minute cold plunge, and 20 minutes rest.
Are there towels for me to use?
We encourage guests to bring their own towels to this experience!
Is there water available on site?
YES! Hydration is an important part of this cycle and we want to ensure you and your guests have easy access to drinking water throughout your stay. Feel free to bring some electrolytes to mix in if you are feeling up to it!
Are there bathrooms on site?
We don’t have private bathrooms, however, Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park has public washrooms a short walk away from the space! You can see it as a nice little nature walk to really add to the experience, you’re welcome!
What should we wear in the sauna + cold plunge?
To maintain proper hygiene, clothing must be worn when using all facilities at Lugn + Co. Athletic wear or bathing suits are both an appropriate option for using this space. While the facilities are yours to use privately with each booking, it should be noted that the space is visible to those around the park.
Where do we park?
There is a gravel drive-thru road on the site that you can park on. Only those using the space will need to access this area, so feel free to park wherever within this space!
Are kids allowed at Lugn + Co?
This space has been set up with relaxation and rest in mind– kids least favourite words, I am right?! Please leave those sweet littles behind so you can maximize on focusing on yourself!
What is the space like for people with disabilities and physical differences?
There may be a few limitations that might pose as an obstacle for people with mobility aids and physical limitations. Please reach out if you have any questions and we can connect with you personally to chat through how we can support your experience to the best of our abilities!
